The Eyes and Mayday have fallen into splinter groups, so that tension between Gilead within itself and between other countries has only increased. Chaos ensues. World and rebel leaders gather here today to discuss solutions, aiming to, above all, finally promote a sense of world peace.

It is June of 2019 and there is a growing war on drugs throughout many Latin American countries triggering massive instability. With new acts of violence from gangs, cartels, and drugs lords throughout this region, delegates must act quickly to stop this war from spreading on further. This committee integrates real-life crisis of the drug war with a fantasy twist of events.

In this committee, members of the Wizengamont and members of the ministry will gather in the wake of He Who Must Not Be Named's apparent defeat to try and right some of the wrongs his followers committed. Delegates will investigate the actions of his Death Eaters, put them on trial, and hunt down those still at large in an effort to restore peace and order to a shaken and destroyed magical community.
